We all need a little more Coldstone in our world

Let me just say, this blog will be sort of short because it's just me complaining about bad customer service. Anyway, the other day I was at Big 5 (buying pepper spray, oooh) and there was only one register open. The cashier was training to be a manager (I knew because I saw it on his name tag), but he was so ridiculously rude! I just wanted to say to him "You're so rude. You really need to learn how to treat your customers." And today at Haagen Daz I didn't like my ice cream and wanted a new one, but they didn't give me one. So, I just want to say, working at Coldstone has really taught me something about customer service and putting the customer first. Now when I get bad customer service, I always think: If only they were like Coldstone.
